Laboratory and Metrology

For quality control of materials for manufacturing of equipment, the company has a laboratory that carries out:
• identify and assess of the strength, deformation and energy characteristics of incoming structural materials and welded joints at different temperatures by standard methods of mechanical testing;
• metallographic examination of macro and microstructure of metals and welded joints at all stages of the process;
• control of the chemical composition of spectral and chemical means.
• For quality control of welds laboratory uses of the following methods of NDT inspection:
• radiography;
• ultrasonic testing;
• dye penetrant;
• control of density.
Laboratory personnel have received appropriate qualifications and are certified in non-destructive and destructive methods of control.
